Refund/Replacement Policy

  • You must report the issue within 3 days of delivery.
  • You need to provide clear photo or video proof of the damage or defect.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • Once we receive the returned product, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Customers must pay for courier charges, even for damaged or defective items.
